Subscription Terms

Plain-language summary. When you start a subscription, SkinRenew LLC charges your card the discounted price at checkout, then re-charges the same card every 30 days for the same product, at the same discounted price, until you cancel. We email you 3 days before every renewal. You can cancel any time in your account in one click, with no fees.

1. What you are agreeing to

By clicking “Start subscription” at checkout, you authorize SkinRenew LLC to charge the payment method you provided for the recurring product you selected, on a 30-day cycle, at the discounted price displayed at checkout, until you cancel. This is a continuous service agreement.

2. Billing cycle

• First charge: Day 0 — immediately at checkout.
• Renewal: Day 30, and every 30 days thereafter, until cancellation.
• Time of charge: Approximately the same time of day as your original order.
• Payment method: The card used for the original order. You can update it any time in your account.

3. Pre-debit reminder

You will receive an email 3 days before each renewal. The email includes: the product about to ship, the renewal price, the charge date, and one-click links to skip, pause, swap or cancel.

4. Pricing

Subscription pricing is the regular product price minus 15%, displayed at checkout. This price is locked in for the duration of your active subscription. If we ever change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel before the change takes effect at no cost.

5. Shipping

Subscription orders ship free, with standard shipping (1–3 business days within the U.S.). International shipping fees, if any, are displayed at checkout and are the same on every renewal.

6. Pause, skip, swap

You can pause your subscription for any duration, skip the next renewal, or swap the subscribed product for any other product in our range, all from your account. The 15% discount and free shipping are honored on the swapped product. Changes made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date apply to that renewal; changes made within 24 hours apply to the following one.

7. Cancellation — one-click, no friction

You can cancel any active subscription at any time, from your account, in one click. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum number of orders, and no requirement to contact us by phone or chat. This complies with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's “click-to-cancel” framework. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made.

If you prefer, you may also cancel by emailing admin@upskinrenew.com from the email associated with your account; we will process the cancellation within one business day and reply confirming it.

8. Refund on accidental renewals

If you forget to cancel and a renewal charge goes through before you intended, email us within 7 days of the charge. If your most recent refill has not yet shipped, we cancel the shipment and refund 100%. If it has already shipped, we refund 100% and you may keep the product — no return needed.

9. Failed payments

If a renewal charge fails, we automatically retry up to 3 times over 7 days and email you each time. If all retries fail, the subscription is automatically paused (not cancelled) so you can resume by updating your card.

10. Identity & security

Payment details are processed and tokenized by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment partner. SkinRenew LLC does not receive or store full card numbers on its servers.

11. Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email admin@upskinrenew.com before opening a chargeback. We aim to resolve all billing disputes within 5 business days. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution and limits our ability to refund quickly.

12. Acceptance

By starting a subscription, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, the cardholder of the payment method used, and that you have read and agreed to these Subscription Terms together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
