Refund Policy
Short version. If you're not happy with your first order, you have 14 days from delivery to email us — we refund 100%, even on opened products. From the second order onwards, returns are accepted for unopened items only.
14-day satisfaction guarantee — first order
We genuinely want the product to work for you. If, within 14 days of receiving your first SkinRenew order, you decide it isn't right for your skin, email admin@upskinrenew.com with your order number and a brief note. We refund the full amount, including shipping, to the original payment method within 5 business days. You do not need to send the product back, even if opened.
Subsequent orders
From your second order onwards, refunds are limited to:
- Damaged or defective items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund — your choice.
- Unopened items returned within 14 days: Email us for a prepaid return label. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.
Subscription renewals you didn't intend
If a renewal charge went through and you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days. If the refill hasn't shipped yet, we cancel and refund 100%. If it has shipped, we refund 100% and you keep the product — no return required.
How refunds work
Refunds are credited to the original payment method via our payment processor. Bank processing times vary (typically 3–10 business days) and are outside our control once the refund is initiated.
Non-refundable
We do not refund products that were destroyed, lost, or used as directed for more than 14 days, unless they are demonstrably defective.
