Shipping Policy

Where we ship

SkinRenew currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Australia. We are working to expand. If your country isn't listed, email admin@upskinrenew.com — we sometimes ship case by case.

Processing time

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Shipping times

United States: 1–3 business days (USPS Priority).
Canada: 5–8 business days.
Europe & UK: 5–9 business days.
Australia: 7–12 business days.

Shipping fees

Subscription orders: free, every time, no minimum.
One-time orders, U.S.: free over $40, otherwise $4.95.
International: flat $12 (Canada), $18 (Europe), $24 (Australia).

Customs and import duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the actual product value on customs forms — we do not under-declare.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us with the tracking number — we open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.
